Communications Consulting
will be estimates for consulting, design, writing and production fees as needed. Consulting,
design and writing fees are based on an hourly rate, while production fees such as printing
are passed on or paid directly by the customer. Also included in each quote will be a timeline
for completion as well as a list of deliverables.
No charges until a contract is signed
CONSULTING FEES
includes services such as strategic planning, project management, media planning,
event planning, tradeshow planning and PR services (excluding writing). Our standard
consulting rate starts at $75/hr. Larger projects can be negotiated on a per-project
basis.
DESIGN/WRITING FEES
includes services such as collateral design, advertising design, PR writing, logo
design, event materials, etc.... Rates will vary according to the affiliates used and
complexity of project.
PRODUCTION FEES
all production fees such as printing, merchandise, rental fees, catering, etc... are paid
directly by the client, or passed along with no mark-up.
TRAVEL
for projects requiring travel, client is responsible for all transportation and
accommodation fees.
